One Wire Communication with Siemens IOT2000

Hello everyone, that's my first topic in this forum so I'm sorry if there is something wrong.

I'm having a problem when I try to communicate with a one wire device using the siemens iot. I already worked with other platforms. In the first place I would like to describe a one wire communication.

During the communication with a one wire device, in my case a DS2438, the first step to the identification if a device  is connected in the wire bus is the requisition of a presence pulse, which consist in the master (Tx) sending a reset pulse (low level signal by at least 480us). Then the master leaves the wire and start run as an input. The wire go to high level logic by the pull-up resistor. When the slave detect this rising level the DS2438 - Rx wait 15-60 us and transmit a presence pulse (a low level signal), Just like the image attached.

I couldn't do the siemens iot read the temperature of the DS2438 using the eclipse, and after a few tests I discovered that I wasn't receiving even the presence pulse. I checked with the oscilloscope and the DS2438 is responding correctly, and because of that, I think that the problem is in the reading input of the siemens iot. I attached an image of the oscilloscope reading.

The part of the code that I define the output pin and put this pin in low level state is working, then a started to suspect that the delay before the input definition wasn't working properly. I took out any delay between the low level of the TX line and the input definition and analyzed the actual process time (in microseconds) and I calculated the difference after the input definition function and for my surprise this time is varying from 500us to 1300us, and that is much larger then the DS2438 presence pulse response time.

 With this delay to define the input pin I will never get the response of the DS2438. Did I miss something? Someone already do this?
