Hi,

I am currently using Sina_speed to control a motor via a s7-1200 and g120. I can get the motor to turn in one direction fine, but how do i also get it the motor to turn the opposite way via another input into the enable axis input? 

For example I0.2 turns the motor CW & then I0.6 would then turn the motor CCW....

I am controlling the drive via profinet. 

Thanks that was so simple i did not think to do that. However, i think i need to change how i am controlling the motor.

What is the most simple way of making a motor rotate one way via one input at a set speed, and then make the motor rotate the opposite way via another input at a different speed?

You have a PLC and you really dont know how to program such a simple  Logic ?

zako_ somehow is right, with your PLC you have the possibility to freely program whatever you want.

There are really several ways - here just two options:

1) before calling the SINA_SPEED block just use an "IF" statement to change the speed setpoint (positive or negative) for SINA_SPEED depending on which input is selected

2) the SINA_SPEED block has an additional input called "ConfigAxis" where you find several control bits in there. Bit 6 is used for the rotation direction, so you can directly switch the setpoint by just toggeling one bit. Please see the manual of the SINA_SPEED block and the ConfigAxis input.
