Example Image for the IOT2050?

I have tried to connect with my pc to the device but unfortunatelly i cannot establish any connection to the ip address 192.168.200.1. Thanks. tohung Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	Hi: I follow the instructions https://support.industry.siemens.com/tf/ww/en/posts/how-to-build-github-example-image/237116/?page=0&pageSize=10 and https://github.com/siemens/meta-iot2050 to build images. I tried both images (example and RT example) on IoT2050 Basic and got no response on screen and 192.168.200.1. The STAT light is solid red. I use a 32GB micro SD HC. Please would you give me some helps to solve my problem. Thanks and Best Regards, Tony Hung

jan-k Silver Member Joined: 4/28/2015 Last visit: 6/28/2024 Posts: 578 Rating: (43)	Sounds like the SD card was not recognized by the device. Try to use a USB stick as boot device instead to confirm that. You may also attach a UART cable to X14 to find out the exact error messages during boot.

tohung Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	Thanks Jan-K. I used UART cable and found I got device unrecognized filesystem type. I used win32diskmanager instead of Debian's dd and bmaptool to build micro sd card and fix the problem.
