Then when we try to set the starter, we cannot exceed 78 Amps in rated current,

May be there is a procedure that we ignore; you’re be kind to give us the solution in best time as you can.

It seemsa firmware update is required. The control boards they sentto you must bealright but you need to update the firmware in order to set the current range properly.

The only problem is that this procedure can only be performed by an authorized repair center, so you need to send them back to the nearest Siemens office to have them updated.
