Logo Soft Comfort & Logo 8 (FS4): Issues with Web server

I have the same problem as "polve93".
The only difference is that I don't work with LWE,
everything is programmed with Logo Soft Comfort.
I now have 4 Logo 8 (FS4) in use, of which 1 without SDcard.
Browse to this one gives the message: Web server is disabled.
Which is very logical.
My question now is: what am I overlooking or am I doing wrong?

Sorry, but this was the only hit I found on the forum.

And yes, I think the Web server is turned on.

I was able to see the TDE once. All LOGO are without display.

In response to the first part of your question:
Logo! Soft Comfort. Tools-> transfer-> access control.
Everything is checked, on.

Calling the Logo is via Chrome with input of LAN IP address.

x.x.x.60 without SDcard. Web server access allowd
x.x.x.61​ with SDcard. Web server access allowd
x.x.x.62​ same as previous
x.x.x.63 also
x.x.x.64 is TDE

All BM don't have a display.

Changing passwords is for later.
First keep it as simple as possible. 
Additional question: what is the maximum length of the password?

I was able to see the TDE once through LAN access. 

From now on I only get the error: 404 Target not found
