Error In ABT Site

Hello,

I am receiving an error (as attached herewith) while downloading program to DXR2 Controller. can anyone please explain the cause or Solution?

*DXR2 Is connected through a USB connection

*Configuration is done, able to reconfigure and reconfigure.

*Performed Device restart serval times, FW Update, Manual Device reset but still getting an error while downloading program.

did you made the assignment of the device (Node setup for DRA device)? 

What's the result of that? 

Why do you use USB? It is MS/TP device?

Yes, It is MSTP Device.

And the assignment was successful, I tried clearing the application/Reset device.

I'd like to suggest to try check the USB connection - please can you send a PrtScr of the connection - can be found in the control panel - Network and Sharing center - RNDIS connection .

It should be like the virtual ethernet connection. 

I'm interested to see the IP address, etc. 

For next download, you try to disable all other connections, just for the case, that yours PC is somehow restricted by IT settings to not allow the twice connection.
