Hello, Be aware that the actual version of Step7 is 5.4SP4 and for distributed safety also 5.4SP4. And Distributed Safety 5.2 is not tested on Win XP SP2 (only SP1). An upload from the CPU is also not so optimal because you loose comments, symbols, ... And normally a safety program should be written using symbols, to reduce the risk of typing errors. Do you know with which version your program was originally written en compiled? If you want to stay with Step7 V5.3, I do not see a reason not to use Step7 V5.3 SP3. Here the announcement: http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/21953134 You can download it for free at http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/21953245 I would then try to open each failsafe block and justtry to save it. If you cannot save, the block has an error. Solve the problem block by block. |
