Any one guide me as to howto communicatewiththe above controller which communicationcable will be used.Secondlywe have to check whether this controller has the orignal program in itself so which software to be used to communicate with this software and how to go about checking whether the controller is getting the inputs and giving the requiredoutputs.

Ekalavya Posts: 2964 Rating: (484)	Hello..... You need to have RS232 cable for communicating i.e for data transfer.....through WINPCIN software. Visually you need to check whether you have part program-tool offset if it is not there you need load this back to the control with help of WINPCIN software. note: you should have machine backup without this you cannot load this back..... Checking the inputs and outputs can be done in the PLC status screen and also with the programming tool software 802D PLC software..... Hope you have the answer..... Regards, Ekalavya
