Hello, if you don`t knew the password the only thing to remove this password is to reset the panel (os-update). But have you allready try the password "100" (default password)? Take a look at this faq for the reset of the panel: How do you do an operating system update (OS update) on operator panels? If you do a reset to factory settings you don`t need to enter the transfer settings in the panel. best regards. |
