Hello dadkhah, Simply loading motor parameter is not sufficient to comission DC drive. Please refer chapter 7 start up of manual (you need to get it download from this link). Just follow the steps from the manuals & carry out optimisation in sequence as mentioned in manual. This will solve your problem. HTH. |

Hello dadkhah, Your drive MLFB is 6RA7031-6DV62. It is 125 A capacity where as your motor rated armature capacity is 20 A & field rated current is 0.2 A. Please set P076.001 = 16%, P076.002 = 2%. Recarry out all optimisations & check. BTW why you are configuring 125A rated capacity drive for such small motor capacity. |

Have you checked the set point? How much is it at drive side? |

Hello dadkhah, Understood your problem. But to find out solution, needs aditional information, which I asked in previous post. From the parameter feedback file which you attached in your earlier post, information related with below points is necessary. 1. For speed feedback, tacho as well as encoder is configured. At present tacho feedback is effective. Want to know reason behind configuration of encoder? 2. From PLC 2nd analog input is transfered to drive, which is directly connected to drive AO2. Which is the 2nd analog input (WORD) from PLC? 3. Please check the setpoint (reference) from PLC to drive, is it steady or fluctuating? If it varies, naturally motor seed will also vary. Study the PLC logic how speed refernce is generated? Is it steady? Moreover, simulation of problem conditions in workshop & analysis of site problem is different. 100% site conditions, especially feedbacks, could not be simulated at workshop. Hope this will help you. |
