Thank you very much,PISCEAN 2010 I'm agree with you, that the motor is small. But I thought and I sow in manual, that r019 is % of P100. I talked with the client and he told me that he replaced Simoreg with another of the same type with same parameters. And he has no problem with actual values on HMI Panel. |

Hello, Here I presume, both drives are of same capacity, i.e. same armature current rating. Which PCBs you interchanged? A2 card i.e. C98043-A7002 has load resistors which are across CTs X3.1 X3.2 & X3.3 X3.4. Refer manual chapter 6.2 Further signals are transfered to CUD1 card. So for hardware point, you need to check CT resistance across X3.1 X3.2 & X3.3 X3.4, connectors, pins, ribben cable etc. etc Further more check load resistor ohmic values by DMM & compare with their rated values. For parameter, check p076.001 or p067 drive rated armature current, p100 motor rated armature current, p105, p107 speed dependent armature current setting values. Also check p78.001, 002, p101 voltage ralated parameter values. BTW which option Z is installed? Please confirm. HTH. |
