amsd Experienced Member Joined: 7/8/2012 Last visit: 2/25/2021 Posts: 40 Rating: (0)	Dear all, Presently we have 6RA80 DC drive ( 6RA8085-6DV62-0AA0) AND DC centrifuge Motor having armature voltage = 400v, armature current = 418 Amps, field voltage = 220v, Field max current = 15.4Amps, field min current = 3.5 Amps, RPM min= 400 and MAX =1100. Analog Tacho 100RPM = 60V. I have done field current optimization and armature current optimization without an error with load.And check the motor running properly upto 400 RPM. we are unable to do Speed Otimization and Field weakning we are getting some faults. F60052 ( Impermissible parameter setting for this optimization ), F60031 (Excessive setpoint /Actual value deviation), and F60300 (Commutative failed). 1. Please help for field weakning and speed optimization. 2 Tell the proper procedure for optimization. 3 Also suggest the parameters should set for field weakning optimization. Thanks in Advance

Did you enable field-weakening in P50081? fault value 103. yes i have enable field-weakning also, select analog tacho..... but continiously fault occurs. I dont know the proper method to do field weakning i read manual and done optimization.

Look at the description of fault F60052 and also notes about value 103: Note for fault value = 103: - r50047[1]: 1 = Sequence control optimization run, 2 = Field optimization run, 3 = EMF optimization run - If r50047[1] = 1, r50047[2...3] are not relevant - r50047[2]: Parameter number - r50047[3]: Parameter value Check the values of r50047.

sparten Bronze Member Joined: 8/2/2011 Last visit: 11/18/2020 Posts: 205 Rating: (11)	Hello amsd, Please check feedback of your connected f/b device (encoder or /techo).. whether your are getting proper f/b or not? if you are getting proper f/b then first performe speed controller optimization(P50051=26) then run drive upto base speed measured Armature voltage...if your getting motor rated armature voltage .. then enable fieldweakning and performed Fieldweakning tunning(P50051=27)...

If you make an upgrade from 6RA70 to 6RA80, then you need to run the same optimization runs, that were made in 6RA70. Basically optimizations for armature/field current controller and speed controller arenecessarily.

I don't see in your parameter list that field-weakening was enabled (P081=1). hi sir, in the old driver p081=0, in my list i attachment, that's the parameters have changed for the default parameters.i see some parameter is set automatically during the field-weakening optimization run (P051=27) sush as: p117 p118 p119 so when i upgrad to 6RA80 i need to choose a p50051=27 or not? because motor have no encoder or tacho

Another case these parameters may be have been copied from another drive while copy complete parameters backup. Also may be your drive previously worked in field weakening, but then this mode was switched off. Check your motor nameplate, does it support speed above rated. Check your application, do you need field weakening (or speeds above rated) or not.
