E/R module not ready for operation Alarm: 700210

newlearner Posts: 12 Rating: (0)	hello sir, In our WFL M 65 machine we are facing problem of Alarm 700210 E/R module not ready for operation. In the morning when we swithc on machine it works fine..but after sometime it got alarm E/R module not ready for operation. Module Detail:- SIMODRIVE 611 E/R-MODULE INT. 80/104 KW IP 6SN1145-1BB00-0EA1 S T-UN2037572 A5E00185388 VERSION=G Waiting for your response.....

newlearner Posts: 12 Rating: (0)	Hello sir When i power supply on the machine..then Green LED comes on E/R module. But when i press BigMach+Power+Reset then no LED lit up and same alarm comes. Yellow LED (Enable) lits up after every 2 to 3 min. for 10 secs. and goes off. waiting...

newlearner Posts: 12 Rating: (0)	Hello sir Initially I was facing these alarms.... 700211- SI-ServoDrives Overtemp. 600803- Q1 Axis not ready for operation 600903- Q2 Axis not ready for operation 601003- Q3 Axis not ready for operation But when i checked electrical dwg. i found EB040_0 and EB040_4 wiring interchanged. But if i change these wiring as per electrical drawing then i got alarm 700210 - E/R module not ready for operation. i am attaching dwg for refrence. waiting for reply//// Attachment elect. dwg.pdf (598 Downloads)

newlearner Posts: 12 Rating: (0)	Hello sir i will check the points suggested by you after installing module on other machine. But sir till now i doesnt understand i.e. why this module is failed...? Initially i got an alarm of servodrive temp high but my cooling unit was working properly.
