Accessing COMOS through C#

I am trying to launch COMOS application via C#.
I am using the code as follow.

It is opening the correct working layer of correct project.
How to proceed further? Once the project is opened by ApplicationUnderTest, how can I get current workset, current project,and objects of project in C##?
