Hi Guys, I have an issue regarding the behavior of the PLC program for Basic Instruction ADD_R. kindly refer to the attached image for your reference. The output parameter of the instruction is not adding the parameter IN1 and IN2. But upon resetting the value to zero, the instruction works. The issue is how come the ADD_R instruction did not proceed with adding the real number upon reaching the output value 2.09814e+006? well in fact according to the manual it is still within the valid area for a result (+1.17549E-38 < result < 3.402824E+38). ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |

#IN1 and that will generate a pulse, every time it's on. Calculation stops, because #IN1 is off. |
