Use Normx for taking the raw value from transmitter then use scale option for scaling between the required values. |

Hi You can refer the programing manual in the Step7 help catalog. On how to insert a Card, Configure the IO card in the HW configuration and programing it. You can program using LAdder as your first project, LAD Communication and other Working with Step7 Take care and take a backup of the project before you start adding and editing the program so that you can refer in case of a problem. Dear Zaibkhan For your new inputs, first configure the additional inputs to the hardware configuration with respective hardware catalog number as inserted physically. Then use that configured IO address in the scalling block of PLC programming. you can directly use the analog input address to the scaling block input parameter, provide the raw count (input) high and low limits, output (scalled) value high and low limits to that scalling block. Attach the address of the tag to the output parameter in which you want the scalled value to be placed. Afterwards you can use that scalled value in your logic. Hope this will help.. |
