Hi, out of my point of view it is not a good solution to use the $AA_TOFF variable. Because you have to calculate the needed compensation values completely by yourself. In case of simple contours (X0Y0 => X100 => Y100 => X0 => Y0) You can get this managed. In case of non-linear and/or non-orthogonal contours it would be a quiet difficult calculation. Perhaps You can try a solution with the FTOC-command. With FTOC You can modify the wear-value in dependence of a input-variable an a Polynom. You'll find a sample i the DOConCD, Function Manual "Synchroun actions", chapter 2.6.7. In this sample they modify the value "3", pending on the $AA_IW[V]. As I know You can replace the parameter "3" ("lenght#3") in the sample by a "4" ("radius") => and the calculated value becomes effective in the wear of the toolradius. Ofcourse the Input variable and the Polynom have to be adjusted as well (by "actual speed in the path" and Your formula of calculation for the toolradius deviation). Perhaps this could be a beginn of a reliable solution for Your question regarding the toolradius modification. ***added information*** I know, there was a solution! please follow this link to the FAQ.
