Alternating duty for two outputs

Wish to control two pumps in lead/lag fashion butalternate their duty cycles upon filling of wetwell. Four NO floats areinstalled, F1-All Off, F2-Lead On w/timer Off, F3-Lag On, F4-Hi Alm. Just learning LOGO method of operation and have tried for days to get this to work.
