Analog Ripples Detection

When the process start i have a linear increasing of values. Then anytime Waves can happen so i have some kind of sinusoidal lectures. But can happen that at any time the process become unstable and sensor readings are up and down. When i detect this situation I have to open the valve and discharge everything out.

B001 and B002 detects (cyclic) min and max Value of the AI. B005 defines the cycle time for this function. B007 compares then min and max AI. If the different is to high B008 will be set to detect the ripples. M8 and B009 blocks the tetection. If the differenz in the cycle is higher then specified in B007 Q1 detects is.
