Hi Check: S7-200 System Manual Chapter 14 - Using Data Logs From the aforementioned Manual: -----------SNIP----------- To use the data log feature, you must have installed an optional 64K or 256K memory cartridge in your PLC. See Appendix A for information about the memory cartridges. You must use the S7-200 Explorer to upload the contents of your data logs to your computer. -----------SNIP----------- If you have any questions, let us know. glhf |

One other option you might consider is to use S7-200 PC Access to poll for these values and store them into an excel spreadsheet. Please see this link: https://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/llisapi.dll?func=cslib.csinfo&objId=21601611&load=treecontent&lang=en&siteid=csius&aktprim=0&objaction=csview&extranet=standard&viewreg=WW |

Hi sundar in order to provide Ethernet connectivity to your S7-200 PLC you have to use module CP243 1-IT. Then you impement a connection with tho OPC server
There are FAQs that can aid you: S7-200 PC Access and other OPC clients -- Configuring and programming communication -- Programming and connecting OPC clients There's plenty of info for PC Access OPC server & Excel. Alternatively, you can always use your own program, that stores the values in a (e.g. SQL) database and produces the .csv file with anything you - or your customer - want. glhf P.S. You can always use S7-1200 that comes with Ethernet (PROFINET) by default. Again, compatible with PC Access. |

IS PLC programming software(Microwin for S7-200 or STEP 7 Basic V10.5 for S7-1200) Must to store the real value in PC. I need the real time value in every predetermined time(without Clicking any button or Automatically)in .csv format. Regards, L.V.Sundar. AttachmentDATA LOGGING.zip (149 Downloads) |
