my tests was made with S7-200, S7-1200 and S7-300 with variable interfaces (serial/Ethernet), with excelent results. For first give yourself question, what kind of connection/communication/data you want make with partners (also what partners type). One side is, as I said before, user communication and other side is existing protocol. I was giving you example of one side, simply this is enough for me this time, with this I can make all what is possible, I think. I don't need any Siemens HMI services, because I can prepare it by myself with other way, also don't need pay for them. If I will need them, this is other side, need buy them. All depends to your task. Sry for my sources on Android side, I was need make complete start of developing with Android from scratch, it took so much time, instalation of needed SW and of course programming. After 2 weeks application was born.

Update: now I see you've not read my topic carefuly  there you have infos about connection system...

For basic 2nd generation HMI , you need V14 and Sm@rt client license for same HMI.

Since V14 , for Comfort series of HMI , you don't need any license for sm@rt client.

As said by Duris, if you are developing any code then you don't need any license but have to workout in detailed plus all responsiblity lies on you.

                               U all ready Tested know s7-1200 plc to Android . 

                              So same am using S7-1200 - 6ES7 214-1AG40-0XB0 Cpu.

                              PLC having Profinet Connection . So am going to connect  PLC to One WIFI router thrw Ethernet . In that Router having WIFI access .Then We can connect mobile to router(wifi).

                             In this application you already Done Rite.?

                             As you told , you are prepared own . It means that  Android coding (or) Any other.??

yes through Wifi of course, because this simple solution  I don't have time work or create some USB driver brrrrrrrrr. Yes, I've developed complete Android application in Java, this is like developing PC application on other side of PLC. Also I have already prepared my C++ test applications like Server and Client to simulate needed things/devices.

If you only want to display a few basic Information perhaps the user defined Webpages of the Webserver of S71200/1500 PLCs could be an alternative.

You only have to program the HTML Pages and you do not need any Communication drivers.

Look in the TIA Portal Help System for examples and Information.
