Hello, the application SINAMICS S120 1:1 Synchronism with DCC is only for S120 since G120 has no DCC. There is no application example to your question. It all comes down to the question of how precise your angular snychronism should be. Imagine you have a dead time due to various cycle times in PLC, bus and drive of ~10 ms. Depending on your axis speed you can then have a varying offset between the axis. For example for 500mm/s this could lead up to 5mm difference. If this is OK for your mechanics you could activate the EPOS simultaneously. If you really want to have a dynamic controlled angular synchronism, you should go for the S120 using the above mentioned application.
There are also approaches possible with S7-1500 and ET200 using technology objects for synchronism with g120. Here you would also need to check whether IRT is required for your machine performance. |

You could do it fairly easily using SIMOTION as your controller. Just add some 0's to your cost. |
