Hello, I am getting some strange problems in AO(332-5HF00-0AB0) modules. When i am giving setpoint to AO module via scaling logic, it not getting value in mA at terminal side. My scaling logic is L 50.0 L 1.000000e+002 /R L 2.764800e+004 *R RND T QW 512 I have done setting at AO termical as current source from 4-20 mA please find attachment. reagrds, manoj AttachmentAO.pdf (248 Downloads) |

Try it out with FC106 Unscale block. Also use PQW 512 instead of QW512. |

Yes there is no problem in Logic. The problem must be somewhere at your hardware side. Please check it out or change the channel address & then check. |

Hi MANOJ.N, In which terminals are you measuring the current? Send us a diagram of your connections on the board. |

Hi MANOJ.N, Try to put a load to the terminals, you will have a tool to 4-20 ma and put the ammeter in series. |
