So i have a next question about opening file :).

If i use a function fopen like this.

FILE* file;

file = fopen("alarmsms.txt","w");

Where (path) should be this file alarmsms.txt ??? In project folder?? Or some another folder in project folder ??? 

And is there a function which create a file.txt somewhere ?
