Hi, it depends on your supply, 50Hz 400V or 60Hz 460V. I suggest taking the 50Hz 400V nameplate data to set up the motor and the inverter. If you have 50Hz 400V supply, the 50Hz data are the correct data. If you have a 60Hz 460V supply, both - the 50Hz and the 60Hz - data can be used or do you have a 690V supply? |

Hi JensS, Thanks a lot, for you response. Control what I'm doing with an inverter PM240, connected to 60 Hz, 440 V. The motor that are connected to this inverter, has a star connection. My doubt is because for 460V and 60 Hz in the nameplate, just have the option in delta conecction. But with this configuration when I test the system, I have a fail in sinamics:phase loss fault. When I conected the motor in star with the parameters to 50 Hz, 690V,and other data for the star option I can not make the autonuning or the data motor identification, P340, P1900, P1910 in aid of failure tells me to check if the nameplate is correct or verify connections. Any suggestions! Thanks in advance. |

Hello, that what JensS has written is correct. at a 440V/60Hz line supply the drive has to be in delta connection, but the converter has to be big enough to carry the delta current. is it esured? Please check the wiring also the outputs of the winding inside the terminal box. W2 U2 V2 || | U1 V1 W1 Because in Y-connection a phase output mismach has no impact, except the rotating field direction. Best Regards |
