Thank you qwazee. I will do like like this as alternative for my programming originally last time being still error about out of range error for motion high speed, here is my link question: What is function telegram of Sinamics 1.Position fixed (550Mm) What do you think if i add command table into old program for sequence movement from zero position to maximum position and than back to zero position accurately thus have not out of range again. this sequence will running continuously. 2.Velocity source (50M/m) About speed constant from encoder to my programm (FC) and result will be move to Command table updately. Please help me if you best solution. I will appreciated thanks. Software.

Qwazee, I give you some link youtube below FLYING CUTTING HIGH SPEED ROLL FORMING This system doesn't use Siemens TO (Technology Object). In my application i using Siemens part:
Sinamics driver connected to PLC using ethernet cable, telegram 3, control speed mode. What do you thing if i using Command table for sequence continuously repeat. Move from home position to maximum travel and then back to home position. this process only repeat continuously. so that's why, i want to control forward velocity and forward position from encoder inlet material. backward velocity i make 80 M/m and Zero position. Do you have any idea? i appreciated thanks for you shared to solve it soon. Software |
