version which you're using is same for 32 and 64 bit Windows, so you can use it on both WIN versions. Step7 Microwin isn't free product, so in other situations contact your Siemens representative.

Edit: problem can be also in your adapter, if it's not original Siemens product.

Edit2: I will be very carefully with instalation of drivers, because that drivers are installed with Siemens SW. Instalation of drivers can make lot of troubles and disfunctions.

I tried again but I coudn't communicate. I think problem in Step7 MicroWin software on my PC.

But he has latest SP9. As I said before, he didn't specify his OS, I expect WIN7, so instalation is usable for both 32 and 64 bit OS.

Edit: better will be post in zip file screens what had set in PG/PC interface, also what he made step by step.

I installed again Step7 Micro/Win SP9 on my PC (Win7 Ultimate 32bit) and then communication with other CPU 226 is ok. But when communication with this CPU226 is error.

I don't know why!
