Dear Dinesh, It is good do have you here. Please compare your configuration and steps you have done with the 10.2 COMOS documentation. That will surely help, if a step is missing. By the way: if you have problems to open an IR, an Incident Report/ticket at the Support, please have a look to the FAQs here.
