Hello Dinesh, I do not think that this issue has to do with the license file you are using, but: each and every issues should be analyzed, to say something about the solution. That should be done in a support ticket: please get in touch with the Support in Bonn, to solve your access issue on GTAC. You will see: it is quite easy and comfortable. Also, very useful. Dear Dinesh, It is good do have you here. Please compare your configuration and steps you have done with the 10.2 COMOS documentation. That will surely help, if a step is missing. By the way: if you have problems to open an IR, an Incident Report/ticket at the Support, please have a look to the FAQs here.
