Hello asd; What model of the Prowirl F 200 do you have in hand (or do you plan to order)? The Endress & Hauser site has a technical information document on this flowmeter that states it can be read out through these interfaces:

values can be written from the automation system to the measuring via: • PROFIBUS PA • FOUNDATION Fieldbus All of these connections are available with a S7-400H system; I am more familiar with Profibus-PA. For this fieldbus you would have the type of redundant connection shown in the attachment, explained in the following manual: SIMATIC Bus links DP/PA coupler, active field distributors, DP/PA Link and Y Link https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/1142696 For hardware: To setup the redundant DP/PA link, you would require 2 x IM 153-2, 1 x DP/PA coupler FDC 157-0 (at least, depending on the number of Profibus-PA buses you want to run), and various active bus modules (models IM/IM and FDC) along with a special mounting rail for the active bus modules; these items are described in Appendix 2 of the manual. For software: To configure and monitor the parameters of the flowmeter you would need PDM software (E&H proposes their Fieldcare package as an alternative); if using PDM, a Basic licenmse will be enough for monitoring uo to 4 instruments: If you decide to use another connection type, tell us so we can give you more information; note that in all cases you will need extra hardware/software. As far as the WinCC display of monitored values, it would be very easy to add a tag and a Output Field in a WinCC page, once the values are input in the PLCs. We can discuss that later.
