Does I need simply to calculate the factor between the real value and decimal values for all measures (current, speed,...) expect status ? My suggestion is to declare a REAL variable for speed in PLC. Read status register from drive ( 2 registers) and transfer it to this REAL variable. This Iam saying because from manual it seems that drive is sending speed in real format and not in decimal format. Hello, The Sinamics is sending the actual values only in related informations and it is - like some post ago already said - for a one word transfer 4000h=16384 = 100% of p200x. The actual values which a send to the PLC are not (!) justreal values which were send just in "hex syntax".
