D425-2 CF Corruption ?

Machine was installed more than 1 year ago without any problem and ran nicely. Now it is stopped (STOP-U). And it seems that CF is corrupted but not completely because Simotion can boot. Operatively what shold you suggest apart substituting the CF ? Danke in advance

Is there any page called or function called by the HMI while this happened? This question is to prevent a fault coming from a mismatching between the video release and the compiled code from Simotion. In the properties of WinCC Flex it's allowed to bypass this control just tick the checkmark but this can cause undefined overwriting of the memory if something changes in the Simotion code. pigroplc

No, nothing, HMI just started up as always showing the first splash page but it's not communicating. Video release ? I don't understand ... And yes I know, but nobody added new global variables, nobody changed the simotion code... I think that HMI isn't involved on this, the problem might lay on CF or in Simotion... Crazily sime files are dated 1999 and others 2014...

Also check the integrity of the original flash card before reload all. pigroplc
