Hello guys,

I installed TIA v13 and at that time I did not know of the presence of a default password for Administrator so I did not change it to a desired one.

Now I am trying to set passwords for other users and it won't allow me to; it automatically takes up the default Administrator password and I don't know what that password is.

I have attempted to change the Administrator password but I can't succeed, it automatically goes back.

Could anyone know what I need to do? Please advise me.
