DESIGO CC advanced report and pxc trends

Hi and happy new year to everyone,

We have desigo cc v4.2 project where we use advance pharma reports to generate MKT and trend reports. In the offline trend the values that are recorded by “time shifted & log interrupted” are recorded as minimum value and calculated in the average value & mean kinetic temperature which lead to wrong average and MKT values. Also the audit trail report is empty when we run it.

What is the cause of log interuptted and time shifted in the offilne trend and how can we solve these issues of the advanced report?
