We found we can temporarily get it working again by restarting the IIS. It works anywhere from a day or two up to a week. We have a call in, but Tech support has been busy so it's taking a while to get it fixed.

RafaelBar Member Joined: 3/12/2018 Last visit: 10/27/2020 Posts: 3 Rating: (1)	We had the same problem. For us what happened was SMC lost the Certificate and URL information somehow. Even with the information missing it was working for a few days then it would break again. After we reentered the information it has been working well, well the last few weeks it has been. Another thing to check is if the username and password are correct. I think in version 3 I had to reenter this.
