Used to be a memory M3.1.But in one network contact is closed by another network contact is open.I attached a picture, please check and explain this situation. Thank you all for every support. M3.1 is a part of MD3. MD3 reserves M3.0...-> M6.7. So you can't use a M bit that is located between M3.0 and M6.7, because it's already used by MD3.
