Originally i made the project in TIA V11 and using a TP700, i opened know and in TIA 13 and using the TP1200.

But suddenly when i try to access to an logs viewer, the system show the message and became halted.

Error: Application HMIRTM.EXE encountered a serious error and must shut down

We seem to have found the problem. I was exceeding the amount of samples for some logs. They only seem to allow 20000 entries for each log.

i've got the same problem. How can I check how many samples do I use for each log?

It is specified under historical data.

Our problem actually ended up being a faulty (cheap) SD card.

New question published by Robert_2010 is split to a separate thread with the subject Error: Application HMIRTM.EXE encountered a serious error and must shut down with TP900.

Please try Compile -> Rebuild all.
