BUt still "error in lower-level component" is active. Also problem is that SF led is glowing on the IM151-3 PN. I've updated the firmware of the IM 151-3 PN also to latest V7.0.5 but that didn't worked out! Please help! Regards OmKris Attachment 1.png (2517 Downloads)

The extended download won't work for us, maybe someone has an other solution. Also, cpu is running, with red sf/bf and the drive is displaying error in lower level component.

Luc TrekbikesRider Posts: 3 Rating: (1)	Dear all, Thanks for the info so far, within a couple ours we did solve the problem. The CPU is S7-315F-2-PN/DP / 6ES7315-2FJ14-0AB0. We mounted a new profinet option card on the frequency drive, the option card has been produced in 2018, the original one was produced in 2011. The gsd-file we used in the TIAv13 PLC-project was also of date 2011. The new card wasn't recognised by the older gsd-file. Our solution was: Kill the old configuration of the drive in the TIA-project als get rid of the connections; Install the newest gsd file for the new profinet-card; Configure a new drive with same parameters as the original one; Connect the I/O addresses to the new configured profinet-unit; Download new hardware configuration to the PLC; Download new software to the PLC; Restart system and machine; No problem, machine is back online... Maybe if someone has similar problems above can work with a solution... Kind regards, Luc

I've solved the problem on that very night only! I've done the following steps: 1.Installed the HW-Updates of TIA V14. 2. Deleted the error showing IM from HW configuration. 3. Added the same IM in HW configuration. 4. Increased the sampling time in the IM from default 128.00 ms to 512.00 ms. 5. Downloaded the entire system. 6. IM became healthy. 7. Problem was solved.
