Dear all I have to made a redundant solution with about below IOs in one project: DI : 2900 DO: 1500 AI: 500 AO:50 according to attached document I have to choose 4x417 cpu to reach the desired numbers.but it seems there will be some problem,If I choose 2 different 400 system, how can I execute integrated logic in both of systems,e.g: by this way, I have to suggest two different redundant 417 system,do I have a problem to execute one integrated logic in these systems, and how I can do it?I can't split the logic because all parts related to each other and also there is a heavy logic and also time is important for me becuase its a power Mangement System and Power Distribution Control System(OMS & PDCS). Thanks for your reply this system related to electricity distribution and its time critical, also redundancy in all of things is necessary. but spliting system is impossible,because based of data that gatherd from all of node,logic made a decision and for example based of different scenarios and nodes data, some circuit breakers will be disconnecte , then spliting logic and IO's is hard. I attached the system configuration here including network and number of IOs. Also I checked Multicomputing for using 4x417 CPU on the main rack.I thought it will solve my ploblem but unfortunately I saw this sentence in the "S7 400 Automation system,CPU specification" document :"The number of I/Os of an automation system in multicomputing mode corresponds to the number of I/Os of the CPU with the most resources. The configuration limits for the specific CPU or specific DP master must not be exceeded in the individual CPUs". As it seemse I still have problem. Attachmentconfiguration.pdf (203 Downloads) |
