exit speed ref reaches zero before process speed ref, exit speed ramp output goes to a high value

We are facing a problem that when centre operator reduces the process speed abruptly, exit speed increases abnormally causes exit accumulator top carriage touch with the stopper and damage the bearing block. Mentioned phenomenon we have been facing from last two month. I have analyzed the problem in iba tools. the following observations I feel. Ø When process speed pot ref goes down, process speed ref goes down Ø Then exit speed ref follow the process speed ref for a few seconds. Ø When exit speed ref reaches zero before process speed ref, exit speed ramp output goes to a high value. I have attached the two incident of this problems . Please help us to identify the reason. I think you need to either get your line supplier to sort out the problem ( It may be related to the software - If problem has always existed ) or hardware ( If it has surfaced just now ) Alternatively, you can hire an Automation Expert, to study and solve your problem.
