Hello Santechakg It would be difficult for anyone to guide you without knowing the exact hardware / software used and the line configuration. I think you need to either get your line supplier to sort out the problem ( It may be related to the software - If problem has always existed ) or hardware ( If it has surfaced just now ) Alternatively, you can hire an Automation Expert, to study and solve your problem.
