Hello, To extrapolate the alarms from the Drive of a motor, only these two parameters are used (r2131 and r2132) or are there others? Hello, it is like PISCEAN already described: in r213x you will only see the last fault / alarm that is active. Those values are transmitted via the cyclic telegram (see your screenshot). But of course the last fault is not always the original source of the problem. Therefore it makes sense to read out the complete fault buffer. The fault buffer is in the indexed parameter r945[0...7]. This parameter cannot be transmitted by the cyclic data exchange (not by the telelgram). So you would need to read out this parameter with acyclic read commands from the PLC side. Here in this example application this is done and the complete fault buffer is displayed on the HMI screen: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/70155469 If you would tell us which drive (SINAMICS G/Sxxx?) and which PLC (SIMATIC S7-300 / 1200 / 1500?)you use, we could maybe give further information. |
