Hi Vithani, Just curious did you find any solution the F001 problem? I am facing a similar one and it just comes up sporadically after a couple of weeks. |

Hi there, i found this tread since we are facing a similar problem coming up only some times. Special the A 0522 error followed by the F022 I have some additional questions. - Power supply is actually provided by a Sitop power supply. So if the Inverter is switched off the PB Modul is still under power and will not cause any faults. - Shall we change the power supply and take the 24 VDC from the inverter instead ? Is this your sugestion ? - Can you explain what makes the difference ? Many thanks in advance |

Allow me to share my recent experience with F022 and MM440. Suddenly the MM440 got that error. No way of reset it with or without motor's and breaking resistor's cables. Tried with replacing a new power block. The reason was missing 24VDC from inverter main card board 6SL3352-6BE00-0AA0. That voltage is going to 'supply' the IGBT's board (Sorry I don't have right now the MLFB number of it). Right now the MM440 is working with the same 6SL3352-6BE00-0AA0 board, just we give external 24VDC (external power source) to the IGBT's board. BTW we tried to use the 24VDC from the drive with no result. Best regards, Hristo Mihalev |
