Hi Georgio , i've study the block diagram and it looks normal, regarding the motor time i still have no clue about how to set it and i just left it default. yet the intergration time is just a TI setting? About the gain for the control error, i suspecting that my setting for gain is too low, and the intergration side is too high then it covers the Propotional Gain's effec + the disturbance value, i can't see any linear effect from PV,SP side. I've uploaded the PID blocks of mine, please help me check it when you have time.... Really appreciate your help... Alan

Hello, First you should ensure that type of process and actuator are suitable with control strategy supported by FB42! The uploaded project is not a complete version your works as it doesn't contain a minimum of parameters to be considered and available while calling FB42.Read THIS topic from the German conference on some crucial issues to be dealt with.Also consider the following hints:
