Cause some companies have annual hollidays soon. It's hard to receive theaward when your company is closed

But hey... I shouldn't complain, I know there are people worse off than us.

Everybody needs a relax...but the job which should be done is another story! From the other point of view there is a story whcih tell you - if the job is very urgent it will find who to do it.

Checked off premiums were handed over to the dispatch department" This doesn't mean it was despatched on 3rd. However this means that Premiums are probably on their way now Cheers Navnag
