Hello qwazee, so while filtering forum threads your main focus would be to set the filter on threads you participated allready? As it is provided within the my Forum section via My topics? Thank you for that feedback. Best regards |

To, My suggestion is, under Topics, header filter selection keys should get hide once the forum member selects his/her filter keys, i.e. it should not be displayed all the time. When forum member/user want to change filter selection. he/she can select filter button, keys should be displayed & filter keys can be changed. |

Hello ixo65,
Thank you for the feedback. Trying to clarify your question. As I could see at your screenshot, you didn't get a filter result. Is this caused, by the periodical logout in your case? When you are logged in, I think the list should allways contain some topics. Best regards |

Since Siemens decided to no longer allow you to be logged in continuously, I have to log in again every time. Then the view always starts as shown in the left picture of my screenshot. There is no tree structure for the topics, only the two tabs "My Favorites" and "All Topics". In the meantime I have found how I can see the tree structure. I have to read a post or answer a topic first to get the tree structure. Here's a link to a screenvideo. https://www.magentacloud.de/lnk/KDBpGm00 I can't attach the video, it is to great. |

Hello ixo65,
Thank you for the video. When you are logged in, the tab with your favorite conferences is shown. This should give you the option to focus on the conferences you prefere. The conferences are sorted in the same way as in the tree navigation. With topics you could focus on your favorite threads or switch to the filter for all the threads that are published. Via the breadcrumb it is possible to navigate to the view that shows the tree. Or you could bookmark the Conference overview if this is your favorite view. How did you navigate in the past? Best regards |
