Hello! I need a very professional help. Please forgive me for my bad english)). Our enterprise has a flying saw for fiber boards and we have big problems with the accuracy of the cut to length. The system is based on the S7-315 T CPU and drives Sinamics S120 connected by bus Profibus DP 12MB / s. Precision cutting along the length we have is +/- 5 mm, but occasionally there are deviations of 15-25 mm. The graphs reference and the real position of the axes I see a mismatch between the reference and the actual position is not, ie, or mechanical problem or a measuring wheel. The measuring wheel is used incremental encoder to 10,000 pulses per revolution and the zero-mark. Question - whether the accuracy can increase if I use a multi-turn absolute encoder or incremental encoder and sensor BERO to zero position for a measuring wheel? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
