Hello Enigma you can certainly read out the Diagnostic data of Y-Link underlying DP Slaves as well as determine "simple" things like whichof the underlying DP Slaves has faulted completely, has a module fault, is ok etc. The "trick" is that all this data is read out from the Y-Link's ET200M's itself instead of directly from each underlying DP Slave (The Y-Link is oneDP Slave to the H Systems and forms a new DP Master system for the underlying DP Slaves). Have a look at chapter 13.2 of the SIMATIC Bus links DP/PA coupler, active field distributors, DP/PA Link and Y Link which contains the details of the data records and SFC's to use and note especially the SFC13 example in chapter 13.2.4.2.
