In every thread section, siemens provide "thank" and "rate" options ... But only few of them uses these options to thank or encourage the experts... experts spends theirvaluable times for us to provide the better and exact solution to our problem.. At least we should thank them for their valuable reply to our post.. I request all ofyou "PLEASE GIVE RANK or THANK " to our intelligentl experts ... This is my kind request to all siemens users.... The biggest reward for me (i think i speak for all) is people coming back to let us know the answer was helpfull and how exactly they solved their problem so it can help others with same problem. Giving Star is I think tooooooo.......................................far for them. Let see ......

It is very nice feeling when some one say that yes your help solved the problem But Normally we have seen Only Frequent user are using this Star and Thank button Closing the thread is very much important because that can help other persons having simillar problems I think things are being much better than before and now so many threads are being closed Best Regards Devesh Vithani

And Thanks to Mothilalfor his kind feelings. Closing threads is a very important to us. I suggest here something. If the moderators can arrange to send an automatic e-mail to thread creator asking him if his problem have been solved or not, and if he want to add any extra info faced him during solving his problem. Sending this e-mail with a link to the thread will let thread creator to say and share his experience, which will enhance our forum. I need your valuable opinions. Thanks, and have a nice day.

On some forums, i seen that Thread is Marked as Solved for solved forums and it is written at the end of the thread Title. In that, Moderator or other user asks to Thread opener to Mark thread as Solved if his problem is resolved We can think simillar kind of thing for this forum also Regards Devesh

Yes it is true, generaly there are a lot of people which are searching for solutions and are not willing to share their experiences. But here we often see feedbacks from the thread starters. We are very glad that there already is such a culture here. And now we should try to boost it to a new level Let's start it in an easy way: If you think that there are interesting discussions, without feedback of the initiator, please publish a post within the thread asking the initiator for a feedback. Maybe a short sentence within your last reply? Furthermore, you could inform moderators about the thread you think feedback would be valuable using the issue functionality. Moderators will contact several users, at the moment, manually . We will monitor all the activity for boosting feedback culture and inform you about the results. In the future, I think, solved threads will be marked and I'm sure there will be more of them than we are guessing now. So lets start to make this grandiose platform even better Thank you!
