Pleas also see the attached screenshots. I need to see what I1.3 (FE01.3) and I2.5 (FE02.5) are doing in the PLC. I can see how the 2 signals are used in the PLC blocks but I do not understand how they are set up the HW config. As far as I can see I1.3 (channel 12 on the FDI module is evaluated together with I2.7 (channel 24) and I 2.5 is evaluated with I 1.1 (channel 22 and 10 respectively). Your Electric drawings are not supporting 1oo2 evaluation that is defined in the HW configuration. When the channels a set to be 1oo2 evaluation, only the first channel is evaluated in the user program. The second one in done internally by the PLC. Hello Hati, Thank you for answering. I am not sure I understand you correctly - but I am not (currently) making neither the electrical drawings nor the HW configuration - the pictures I uploaded is from the current "AsBuilt" documentation so it should be corrected if it is incorrect. What exactly is wrong in the electrical drawings? I am SURE - based on the PLC logic in FC23, FC113 and FC130 - that the signals I want to look at in the HW config is I1.3 and I2.5. What channel numbers are they and what is the corresponding channels to respectively I1.3 and I2.5? I have attached a screenshot of the way I thought the channels is distributed on the FDI module.
