Hi PISCEAN 2010, Thank you for answering. When I (re)read those posts I understand the explanation to give me a pulsating signal. That is not what I need (I already have around 10 of these defined in the project. What I need is a single pulse (of adjustable length) each time my input goes high?

Please try IEC SFB3 timer. (refer attached timing diagram, which I hope is as per your requirement. |

Hi again PISCEAN 2010, Thank you for answering. Yes - SFB3 is the block I was looking for. Now I just need to find out what will be accepted instead of the 3 red ? in the screenshot?

Or define a TAG in the local instance of the FB, especially if the FB used multiple times in your program. |
